Đắk Lắk, December 5, 2025 – Mavin Group partnered with Tay Nguyen University to hold a career orientation program titled “Exploring the Future of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary with Mavin” for nearly 150 Animal Husbandry and Veterinary students. The event included faculty leaders and Mavin experts in veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, feed, food processing, and farm equipment.
Introducing the Mavin ecosystem and career development opportunities.
Representatives from Mavin provided an overview of the company’s over 20-year journey and its integrated 3F value chain (Feed – Farm – Food), which spans breeding, feed, farming, and food processing. This structure gives Mavin competitive strength in high-tech agriculture and offers a modern, professional work environment.

Students received detailed information on:
- Job opportunities for animal husbandry and veterinary engineers;
- Internship, apprenticeship, and training programs at Mavin’s farms and factories nationwide;
- Career development pathways and HR policies linked to Mavin’s learning culture and ESG commitment.
These insights helped students better understand labor market demands, recruitment standards, and real-world skill requirements.
Network with experts – connect directly with businesses.
In addition to presentations, students had the chance to interact directly with Mavin experts to learn more about career trends, modern agricultural technologies, and employment opportunities within the Mavin network across Vietnam. These exchanges strengthened students’ career orientation and preparation for the workforce.

Strengthening school-business linkages for high-quality agricultural human resources.
The program concluded with souvenir exchanges in a warm, open atmosphere, reinforcing cooperation between Mavin and Tay Nguyen University in training and developing young agricultural professionals, especially in animal husbandry and veterinary fields.
With a focus on sustainable growth, Mavin will continue supporting educational institutions nationwide, connecting students with industry and contributing to the development of high-quality young engineers for Vietnam’s agricultural sector.
